No one is safe with children Choice Awards. Just ask Halle Berry. Slimmed down at the 2012 ceremony, the Oscar winner is still dealing with the fallout.
After Drake used the photo Berry slimmed down at the Kids Choice Awards for the cover of his latest singlethe actor wrote further Instagram that she denied his request to use the photograph. Now, Berry’s face dripped with green goo graces the promotional art for “Slime You Out,” which Drake posted on his Instagram on Wednesday, and there’s not much he can do about it except move on. Two days later, Halle Berry announced her intention to do just that, posting a picture Instagram which reads: “Sometimes you have to be the bigger guy (…) even if you’re a woman.”
Although Berry had the decency not to name Drake in her initial post, commenters quickly picked up on it. “(Drake) didn’t get my permission,” she wrote. “That’s not great, I thought better of him!” As of press time, we don’t know why she thought better of a guy who posted a picture of bras being thrown at him at concerts with the caption: “Remember when we both forgot who the fuck I was in unison…that wavelength was definitely stupid.” However, some commenters broke their knuckles and told Berry that she didn’t actually own the photos and Drake paid the fee , so everything is fine. Berry informed them that Drake had asked for permission – he just ignored her response. “He asked me and I said NO, that’s why,” Berry noted. “Why do you ask if you intend to do what you want! You were a whore to me. It’s not cool, you understand?”
We get it. Honestly, the only thing we don’t understand is why Drake would do this to Halle Berry.
