Hugh Jackman has opened up about his split from wife Deborra-lee Furness for the first time since their separation became public. Over the past weekend, the couple’s joint statement announcing their decision to go their separate ways after 27 years together made headlines. According to a TMZ report, Hugh was spotted on the streets of NYC on Saturday by paparazzi who asked him about his split from wife Deborra-lee Furness. He said: “I don’t feel quite right talking about it in the street. But I appreciate your thoughts man. It’s a tough time.” Hugh was seen wearing a dark t-shirt which showed off his muscles, paired with black trousers, black boots and sunglasses.
On Deadpool 3

Hugh and Deborra began dating after meeting on the set of the Australian television series Corelli in 1995. They soon married the following year on 11 April 1996. They have two adopted children, Oscar and Ava. Hugh and Deborra attended the Met Gala together in May of this year.
